Fred Bates
Fred Bates is a veteran of the real estate industry, having been actively involved for over 35 years in all aspects of the real estate development business. Fred’s experience encompasses all aspects of real estate development and investment. Fred possesses strong management skills through his operation of his own company, Bates Properties, Inc., as well as being a general partner with New Cities Development Group for many years. Fred has been responsible for all aspects of the development business including acquisition, entitlement, design, construction and finance. Fred graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Engineering.
SCOTT L. STRINGER
Scott Stringer’s experience includes significant residential development throughout Northern California. Through his own company, The Stringer Company, Inc., Scott has also been an active participant in the real estate development business for over 30 years. Scott’s background provides vital experience in property identification, acquisition, entitlement, concept development and governmental relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California-Berkeley. Subsequent to graduation, Scott played professional football for the St. Louis Cardinals of the NFL.
